I made this as a sub only alert for when the action in game made it look like the end was near. . . . In other worlds my character was gonna die! xd i figured i would share (!rbr for the chat bot). This is my most popular by far and so far. Enjoy! not 100% family friendly but not too bad either.

Collection of 3 places of a smaller river, sorted from slow/quiet to fast/loud. Each spot has 3 perspectives: close, semi close, and distant. Recorded with the m/s capsule of a zoom h6, so it is mono compatible. All of the sounds are part of the pack "rivers" if you want to download all sounds at once.

Captured using a zoom h6 recorder and it's msh-6 “mid-side”-capsule. Date of the recording: 30/09/2017. Cut in ocenaudio. Also removed the s-channel. It's always nice to hear what projects you use these sounds for. Let me know.

Ambience of flowing water or heavy rain. Created with the korg electribe 2 using various white noise sources. These are filtered, the filters itself are modulated by a random modulation. Post-processing was done in cubase.

I opened a water valve that squeeks a lot. The hose it fed lives inside a large open air garage and i sprayed the concrete with it. I did short bursts and also let it trickle out after i turned the hose off. Curious what you guys do with this sound! please comment :).

A short clip of a small volume of liquid being transferred from one container to another with a nice ringing quality to it. I believe this is tea being poured into a mug, but i don't remember specifically. Recorded with a zoom h4n and edited in audacity. Apologies for the high noise floor on this clip, i had my preamp set for something else!.

To me, nothing says the great outdoors like owls hooting in the early morning forest. This was recorded at 6:30a. M. On saturday august 29th, 2015 in the shawnee national forest in southern illinois. , in a low spot near a stream in deep woods. Equipment used: marantz pmd-661 and two sennheiser me-66 shotgun microphones. Record volume level was 6.

Got some water coming out of a faucet and down the sink drain. Recorded at a high volume on a tascam dr-07. The hiss is what it is. . . Though if you play it at a low volume (or use a noise remover) it should come out fine. Remember, freesound. Org previews audio at a low quality!.

A recording made on the bank of a small stream. The prominent bird that you will hear -- especially at 30 seconds into the recording -- is a beautiful little bird called the louisiana waterthrush. I made this recording by attaching my zoom h4n to a sturdy tripod, and using the built-in internal stereo microphones on the zoom. The built-in microphones have a 90-degree and 180-degree setting. For this recording, i set the angle on 180 degrees.

Regular and continuous rumbling thunder. I stood at my back door and recorded the storm as it rolled by. No huge thunderclaps or lightning strikes, but a steady stream of flashes and rumbling that followed. If you need a prolonged active storm backdrop, this is it. Recorded on a tascam dr-40. A recording made near monument creek. I needed to block wind noise and so there are strange fluctuations with the eq, although maybe this is a feature and not a bug for someone out there. I walked away from the rapids until i was about twenty feet away. At one point, a helicopter passed over, and you may hear a motorcycle ride by.

This is a first attempt to record sound underwater, i build a small hydrophone according to the instruction gave us by digifishmusic, i could probably make it better but all considered i'm pleased whit it. The hydrophone was placed in a small river near where i live, just below the water surface but unfortunately it kept bouncing against the rocks so it's a bit noisy. Enjoy!.

It's winter on vancouver island. The heavy and frequent rains engorge the lakes & streams and they flow into the cowichan river. Engorged by seasonal precipitation this large heritage river churns into a narrow bedrock canyon, turns, and comes out of the turn charging. This is where the recording was made, at river level. This is the sound of a storm drain emptying into a gutter. My street floods in heavy rain, giving the storm drain a river-like sound. I placed my roland r-05 on the sidewalk just above the drain. It babbles and splashes like a river, but it is on a residential city street. I recorded it at 2am, so there are few vehicles in the recording though several faintly pass by in the background. A nice, clean, relaxing clip of running water, recorded at dusk in the seattle area. Recording the clip was not as relaxing as listening to it. I had to stoop down very uncomfortably for nine minutes until i got three minutes with no airplanes, and then i had to walk back to my aunt's house in the dark without a flashlight, though woods full of large spiders. . .
